A healthier body
A calmer mind
A lighter heart
You continue to manage it all.
Your work.
Your family.
Your responsibilities.
But with more fatigue.
More mental load.
And less space for yourself.
There comes a point when you realise that taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of others.
Through The Reset, I help women restore their physical, emotional and inner balance through the principles of Ayurveda and the tools of coaching.
You keep going.
You hold everything together.
You take care of everyone else.
And slowly, almost without noticing,
you begin to lose yourself.
—
You may be feeling:
This is not a collapse.
It is a slow erosion.
—
But deep down,
something in you already knows.
This is not how you want to live.
You still move forward.
You are still deeply engaged in your life.
But differently.
—
More presence.
More connection.
More lightness.
—
By seeing more clearly.
By adjusting what no longer fits.
By letting go of
what drains you,
what contracts you,
what pulls you away from yourself.
And cultivating
what supports you.
—
You do not become someone new.
You reconnect with yourself.
—
And from there,
you begin to choose differently.
And that changes everything.
Reconnect with your body again.
Follow your natural rhythm.
Regain steadier energy.
Recognise what truly supports you.
Step out of automatic patterns.
See yourself more clearly.
Respond rather than react.
Restore mental space.
Focus on what matters.
Let go of what drains you.
Choose what feels right.
Create a more aligned life.
For 15 years, I worked in finance in Paris,
in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
I deeply understand what it feels like to carry too much:
mental overload,
constant pressure,
multiple responsibilities,
and the difficulty of truly slowling down.
For more than 15 years, I have trained in approaches that help people live differently in demanding lives:
meditation,
Ayurveda,
coaching,
mindfulness,
and nervous system regulation.
I trained notably with the Chopra Center, The Life Coach School, and Somatheeram in India.
Today, I use these tools, along with lived experience, to you to move through life with more ease.
Not by doing more.
But by functioning differently.
The Reset was born from this approach.
I had the pleasure of taking part in Melanie's program and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Her approach is truly holistic, combining emotional and physical well-being through the principles of Ayurveda.
Through her extensive knowledge and attentive listening, Melanie provides a structured framework that helps people better understand themselves, navigate complex situations, and care for themselves more deeply.
By the end of the sessions, I had already signed up again to continue this journey, which has brought me immense benefit. In my search for greater balance and inner calm, Melanie's coaching has been incredibly valuable. It helped me step back from difficult situations, manage my emotions more effectively, and move towards greater harmony.
I also discovered the benefits of meditation and the value of Ayurveda, particularly through understanding the doshas, and creating healthier daily habits.
Today I feel more aligned and better equipped to care for my well-being in everyday life.Coaching allowed me to pause, step back, and move beyond the fog of everyday life. It helped me put words to my deeper aspirations, reconnect with myself, and bring greater meaning to the way I live.
I gained greater confidence in my daily decisions and rebuilt trust in myself. Gradually, I also found a more stable emotional and physical balance.
Breathing, relaxation, and nutrition practices are now part of my daily life.
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery session.
A space to pause.
To see more clearly what feels heavy, what keeps repeating, and what is ready to change.
A moment to sense whether this way of working feels right for you.
Program details and pricing are shared during the Introduction Session.
Together, we explore how you currently function -
through your body, your mind, your rhythm of life, and your relationships.
From there, we move through 12 sessions of 75 minutes, combining coaching, Ayurvedic practices, and nervous system regulation tools.
This is not surface-level work.
The changes are gradual, grounded, and lasting.
And they integrate naturally into daily life.
After the 12 sessions, you move forward with greater clarity, stability, and autonomy.
Some continue on their own.
Others choose to keep The Reset as a regular practice.
In all cases, the intention remains the same:
to help you create a life that feels lighter and more aligned.
True self-care is not a luxury.
It is not a reward you earn once everything else is done.
And it is not just a day at the spa.
It is the foundation of everything else.
—
Self-Cared is a way of life.
A way of caring for yourself across three dimensions:
The Body
Your energy.
Your rhythms.
How you live, day to day.
The Mind
Your thoughts.
Your patterns.
How you respond.
The Essential
Your inner direction.
Your values.
What truly matters.
The Reset is the path.
—
The goal is not perfection.
It is to combine responsibility with deep well-being.
One conscious choice at a time.
—
When you are ready,
I am here.
