Insource Your Well-Being

When your body feels exhausted, your mind becomes restless, or your relationships grow tense, it is not a weakness.
It is a signal.

What if you chose to listen?

You can move forward differently.
With the same level of efficiency.
But with far less strain.

You can delegate tasks.
You can outsource expertise.
But your well-being cannot be outsourced.

Self-Cared is a personalised, structured support designed to help you insource it, deeply, sustainably, with complete autonomy.

3 Foundational Practices to Restore and Rebalance

If Nothing Changes ...

You keep managing. Performing. Taking care of everyone else.
Asking more and more of your body and mind.

It isn’t a collapse.
It’s a gradual erosion.

Your body keeps doing its job, but at an increasing cost.
Your mind stays sharp, but always on alert.
Your relationships continue, but with growing friction.

And often, it doesn’t look dramatic.

No crisis.
Just quiet warning signs.

Persistant fatigue.
Low-grade inflammation.
A sense of heaviness.
Constant tension.
Restless sleep.

And What If Something Changes ...

You continue to move forward.
To lead.
To engage.

But with more vitality.
With more ease.

This is not about doing more.
It is about recalibrating what no longer supports you.

The Self-Cared approach draws on Ayurveda, the original science of self-care, and precise mental coaching tools to create change that is holistic, practical and sustainable.

It means learning to listen to yourself more closely.
Understanding your patterns.
And choosing to live in a way that strengthens you, not one that quietly erodes you.

Listen to Your Body

Recognise physical signals. Respect your natural rhythms. Protect your energy.

Guide Your Mind

Reduce mental overload. Step out of constant vigilance. Regain clarity.

Ease Your Relationships

Create more connection and less tension, beginning with the relationship with yourself.

Why Self-Cared?

Self-Cared is a holistic framework for self-care.

For many years, I worked in high-responsibility environments where engagement, performance, and sustained intensity were part of daily life.

Over time, one truth became clear:
Physical and mental well-being are the foundation of lasting professional and personal success. They are not optional extras.

Self-Cared was born from that conviction.

I trained extensively in the United States, France and India, studying meditation, yoga and Ayurveda at the Chopra Center, advanced coaching tools at The Life Coach School, and traditional Ayurvedic practices at Somatheeram.

Today, I integrate Ayurveda with precise, results-oriented coaching to support women who lead and succeed while protecting their well-being.

A Structured Journey, At Your Own Pace

1: An Introduction Session

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute introduction session, a space to pause and reflect on where you are right now, what is working, what feels challenging, and what you would like to shift. It is also an opportunity to see whether this approach feels right for you.

2: The Self-Cared Journey

Together we explore your overall situation (physical, mental, emotional and relational). From there, we meet for 12 sessions (1 hour 15 minutes each), blending coaching tools with Ayurvedic practices that integrate naturally into your life, and support steady, meaningful change.

3: Integrate and Continue

After the 12 sessions, some women feel ready to move forward independently, with clarity and strong foundations in place. Others choose to go further, deepening the work or exploring new areas of growth.

Insource Your Well-Being

You move through life with commitment, responsibility, and high standards.
For a long time, that works.

Then comes a moment when you sense that something needs to shift.
Not because everything is falling apart, but because the way you are operating no longer fully supports you.

Caring for yourself is not an indulgence.
It is what allows you to sustain performance, thrive and be fully present for yourself and others.

With Self-Cared, I offer a structured and personalised space to reconnect with what truly supports you: clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of lightness.

We work across three complementary dimensions:
Your body – sleep, nutrition, stress management, self-care practices.
Your mind – easing your mental load, processing and managing emotions with greater clarity.
Your relationships – first with yourself, to live an authentic, meaningful life, then deepening your connection with others.

The aim is autonomy.
Living in a way that works for you, not against you.
